Engineering leadership
Programs are led by Dr Nurul Hasan, a Chartered Professional Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia, IChemE and ASME, with more than twenty years of engineering, research, teaching and industry experience.
Process
Training can be delivered as introductory awareness, focused technical workshops or structured multi-session programs. Content is adjusted to participant experience, sector requirements and the engineering software or equipment available to the organisation.
Practical learning
Participants work through relevant examples, assumptions, calculations, modelling decisions and interpretation of results. The objective is to build independent capability and improve the quality of technical decisions rather than simply demonstrate software features.
Required inputs
Provide participant numbers, technical background, preferred topics, learning objectives, delivery location or online preference, available software and target dates. We can then propose an outline, prerequisites and practical exercises appropriate to the audience.
Deliverables
Depending on the agreed programme, outputs may include course notes, worked examples, exercises and a review session. Software licences, specialist equipment, assessment, recording permissions and follow-up support are confirmed in the proposal.

Can beginners and experienced engineers attend?
Content and prerequisites are agreed before delivery. Separate introductory and advanced sessions may be more useful than one session for participants with very different backgrounds.
Can we use our own engineering problem?
A suitable problem can be considered during scoping, subject to permission to share the data, preparation time and the learning objectives.
Does the training provide formal accreditation?
Do not assume accreditation, certification or CPD approval. Any attendance documentation or assessment arrangements are stated explicitly in the programme proposal.
